An immediate alert when a rating drops, and a private channel to the manager

Floor

A bad rating discovered three weeks later is a data point. Discovered the same day it is a phone call, a drink and sometimes a customer kept. The whole difference is in when you find out.

Ratings of two stars or fewer trigger an alert on the phone of whoever needs to see it. And there is a private channel between the person on the floor and their manager: what gets sent goes to one fixed recipient, not to a group, so somebody can say something awkward without the whole shift reading it.

The journey of the QR code also gets recorded — how many people scan it, how many rate, how many end up posting — which is the only way to know whether this is being used or merely installed.
