How we work
We are a small team with operations in Tenerife and people working remotely off the islands. That means real autonomy, and it also means what you do shows: there are no layers to hide half-finished work behind.
We build product, not deliverables by the hour. What gets written stays running, and somebody will be maintaining it in three years — probably you.
And we work with clients who operate at night and in peak season. When something breaks on an on-sale Friday, it gets fixed that Friday.
