Questions you have no way of answering today

They all have the same shape, and that shape is the problem: two things need to talk to each other and today they do not. The ticketing platform does not talk to the content, the content does not talk to acquisition, and nobody measures what happened in the room. It is not another tool that is missing — it is the data being in the same place. Once it is, every one of these questions has a one-line answer.

What has no answer today

Owners and management

Whether it sells out, what you can do when it does not, and whose crowd it is the day somebody leaves.

  • Do you know today whether Friday will sell out?On Monday you know how Friday is doing.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because your dashboard tells you how many tickets you have sold, not whether that is few. A number only means something against the same point on previous Fridays, and no software in this sector makes that comparison. So the signal arrives as a feeling, on Thursday, when there is no time left to do anything.

    What answers it

Rate of sale against the same point on comparable events, with a threshold that raises its own hand. It stops being a Thursday hunch and becomes a Monday alert.

An illustrative curve, not any client's. What matters is the shape: without comparing against the same point on previous events, today's number says nothing.
  • And when sales are running behind, what exactly do you do?Three levers, and the data to know which one to pull.

Why you cannot answer it today

Almost always the same thing: put the ad budget up. Which is the most expensive lever, the slowest, and the only one that also pays for people who were coming anyway. Not because it is the best one — because it is the only one to hand.

    What answers it

Three levers and the data to choose between them: switch on your seller network, write to the people who came and have not come back, or put money in. The third is the most expensive, and it is almost never the first one to reach for.

  • How much of your takings comes from visitors, and where are they from? The real weight of visitors in your takings, with where they came from.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because on an island everyone senses it and nobody has it measured. Your ticketing platform does not tell apart someone who lives ten minutes away from someone who is here for ten days, so a campaign written for a local and one that had to reach somebody flying home on Tuesday end up judged by the same number.

    What answers it

Three signals that live in three places today and that nobody joins up: the country and language of whoever lands on your site, which sale came through a hotel, an inbound operator or an agency — each seller is tied to their own — and where your reviewers are from, with their city and their language.

  • If your best promoter walks tomorrow, do they take their customer base with them? The relationship stays with you. They take their commission.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because today the answer is usually yes. The relationship lives on their phone and their Instagram, not in your system, and their contacts walk out with them to the venue next door. It is the biggest risk in the operation and it appears on no dashboard.

    What answers it

Every sale is tied to your customer record, not to the notebook of whoever made it. The node takes its commission and the relationship stays with you.

  • What is one of your customers worth over twelve months? One figure per person, and advertising becomes arithmetic.

Why you cannot answer it today

It is the figure you use to decide what you can afford to pay to acquire, and almost nobody in this sector has it. Without it, the ad budget gets set on instinct and on what was spent last year.

    What answers it

Twelve-month value per person and per segment, set against what it cost to bring them in. It is what turns “investing in advertising” into arithmetic.

Marketing and acquisition

Which campaign actually sold, what each customer costs you, and why Saturday goes out on Wednesday.

  • Which campaign sold you tickets, and which one only sold you clicks?Ad spend tied to the ticket it actually sold.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because when the sale happens on one domain and the campaign lives on another, the conversion gets attributed where it can be rather than where it happened. You end up optimising against clicks and opens because they are all anyone can see.

    What answers it

Analytics, Search Console and the Meta and TikTok pixels on the same page that takes the money, and the purchase tied to the person by their contact details rather than to the device they arrived on.

  • What does a new customer cost you, and what does one who already came? Two separate figures, and a budget decision that follows from them.

Why you cannot answer it today

The ad platform knows what you spend, the ticketing platform knows who bought, and nobody knows how much of that spend went on buying back someone who was already yours. It is the cost that never comes down and that nobody has split in two.

    What answers it

An agent that reads your Google, Meta and TikTok accounts knowing first what your base looks like, and the analysis that sets spend against sales and forecast.

  • How long does Saturday's video take to go live? The edit starts while the room is still open.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because the process is this: the filmmaker shoots, takes the cards home, dumps, sorts, works out what is usable and then starts editing. Saturday goes out on Wednesday, by which point nobody cares. This is the question the owner answers out loud, and it does not sound good.

    What answers it

Editing begins the moment the material is in the folder. It is not faster: it starts at a different point.

  • If someone asks an AI where to go on Saturday, do you come up?You come up, on your own domain, citable by a model.

Why you cannot answer it today

Because nobody in this sector has asked themselves the question yet, and more and more people decide where they are going by asking a model rather than opening Instagram. This is the one that does not wait.

In one year, the share of people asking an AI for local business recommendations went from 6% to 45%. It is already the third most used source, and 42% trust it as much as they trust reviews.

    What answers it

Event pages indexable by a search engine and citable by a model, on your domain rather than on a ticketing platform's.

How many separate suppliers do you have to deal with to have all of this?

These questions, in full

Which is why it has to be one thing

Anyone can build a ticketing platform. What nobody has is the ticketing, the content engine, the creator programme and loyalty all reading the same data. Every turn of the cycle the system gets more precise, and attacking one piece never closes it.

  1. 01Webknows who came, when, and what they paid
  2. 02Studioknows what worked on the floor
  3. 03Adsknows which creative converts, and on whom
  4. 04Creatorsknows who generates real reach
  5. 05Clubknows who to keep, and with what
  6. 06Inboxknows what stops the purchase

The pieces, one by one

Each carries its real status and what it does not do yet. The ones with a page of their own are the ones that can be shown or bounded honestly today.

These last ones have no page because there is nothing demonstrable yet. We would rather name them than leave them out and have the system look smaller than it is.

Your ticketing platform stays where it is

We connect to the one you already use and read your data. Moving the payment rail is a later decision, and it is yours.
