What is in production and what is not
Eleven pieces, with their real status and with what each one does not do yet. It is here because anyone weighing up moving their operation has a right to know before the first call, and because a product that shows what it is missing is easier to verify than one that does not.

Direct Sales
In production
We do not give you a feature for creating promoters. We give you the network.
What it does not do yet
- A single record per person — today the customer is stored against each booking, with no history tying their visits together
- Door scanning offline, with signed QR codes and several devices at once
- Hierarchies deeper than two levels — today it is leader → promoter
Creators
In production
We do not give you a guest-list tool. We give you 220+ creators, and a system that checks they delivered.
What it does not do yet
- A creator community outside the Canary Islands — the 220+ are from the islands, and in another market it gets built from scratch
- Reading Instagram or TikTok metrics directly — verification works from screenshots
- Issuing guest passes on ticketing platforms other than Xceed, the only one connected today
- Gamified campaigns — the engine that makes them possible is here, the campaigns are not
Club
In production
Stop buying a new customer every week. You already know who comes: treat them differently.
What it does not do yet
- Living inside the system — today it runs alongside, and what gets rewritten natively is the rules, not the code
- A referral programme — decided, not built yet
- Badges and challenges for actual attendance — proposed, and dependent on door scanning
Studio
In development
A senior video editor who learns how you cut, and who starts the moment your filmmaker drops the material.
What it does not do yet
- Publishing automatically without human approval
- Filming for you — your team shoots it, we pick it up from the folder
Inbox
In development
Every unanswered question is someone who was one reply away from buying, and went somewhere else.
What it does not do yet
- The Meta channels — Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp — until Meta approves access
- Inbound calls and TikTok, which are on the plan and not in today's scope
Web
In development
Selling tickets has been solved since 2005. Being found, measuring, and being able to ask your business a question have not.
What it does not do yet
- Attributing a purchase to an ad impression seen on another device — identity resolves at purchase, not before
- Asking over WhatsApp — the channel is under construction
- Guaranteeing that an AI will cite you — the site gets prepared so it can, nothing forces it to
- The waiting list and fan-to-fan transfer — decided, and they arrive with our own ticketing
- A single fan account and a friendship graph
- Music matching via Spotify
Ads
In development
Today it is a dashboard and campaigns run by hand. The part that decides on its own is what is missing.
Floor
In development
Built and deployed, not yet in active use by the floor team.
Data Science
In development
In daily use at Papagayo. It needs polishing and taking beyond a single client.
Radar
In design
What your competition is doing without you having to watch them: sites, socials, prices, line-ups and what they are spending on advertising. A system that only optimises against itself ends up in a local maximum, and this is what prevents that.
Benchmark
In design
The quality ceiling of the sector, curated and per client: what the best clubs and festivals in the world are doing. Not to copy it — to know where the bar is.
Outages and incidents are not on this page
And that is not a gap waiting to be filled: an incident page served from the same site that can go down is no use on the day it is needed. It lives on a separate domain, with external monitors pointed at the dashboard, and it will be linked from here once it exists. Until it does, there is no uptime percentage here — we do not publish a figure we are not measuring.
