Direct Sales goes into production

Direct Sales

Selling person to person worked with screenshots, messages and a spreadsheet at the end of the month. The problem was not the mess: it was that nobody could verify anything. Not the promoter how much they had sold, and not you whether that was true.

Now everyone who sells has their own link. What comes in through that link is tied to that seller, and their commission comes out of the same data as the sale, not out of a settlement reconstructed afterwards.

The mechanism does not distinguish between a person and a business. A bar, a hotel or an inbound operator gets set up the same way as a promoter: their link, their commission and their settlement. That is the difference between a network of people and a network of sellers, and it is the same piece.

The door is a separate role, and that matters more than it looks. Whoever is on the door sees the list and checks people in against the booking; they do not see the sales panel or anybody’s commission. The check-in stays on the booking, so the next morning you know who actually came in and not only who bought.
