The place your customer buys, and payments connected from the dashboard

Web

Until now the sale always went through a third-party ticketing platform. The piece of our own now exists: the place where your customer chooses, buys and receives their ticket.

Payments connect from the dashboard, and there is a distinction there worth understanding because it is where most payment integrations fall over: connected is not the same as payable. An account can be linked and still not be able to receive money — verification missing, a tax detail missing, something left unaccepted. The dashboard tells the two states apart and says which one you are short of, instead of showing you a green tick and failing on the first purchase.

It is the most expensive scenario there is in this: finding out you cannot take money once you have already opened sales.

And your current ticketing platform stays where it is. This forces nothing to move: existing is what makes moving your decision rather than our condition.
