All Access verifies the exchange before granting access
Verified exchange is in production. You set out the exchange — two posts a week tagging the venue, say — the system checks automatically that it happened and only then unlocks access.
The problem it solves is not who gets in: it is that nobody checks what the people who got in gave back. A guest list is a cost that appears on no line of the budget because there is nothing to measure it with.
With verification, that cost turns into a media channel with a real CPM, comparable to what you pay for reach anywhere else. Which is the only way to defend it, or to cut it with any judgement.
